I think it's time for a new delicious post. What are you cooking tonight? I'm on diet because of the gastritis I have, but some friend are coming over that I haven't seen for a long time.

So I decided to make a risotto with fish, fennel, celery, white wine and lots of parmesan cheese.

there's a lot of cooking on my horizon...my sweetie and i are gonna make veggie tortes this weekend, then next weekend we're making an apple pie and stuffed grape leaves, just for the fun of it. weird combo, i know, but what can ya do.

started a london broil with carrots and potatoes in the slow cooker this morning

my sister and I just made about 100 gyozas, which are now hanging out in the freezer. I made the filling from scratch - lots of Napa cabbage, ground pork, eggs, green onions, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil. so much better than the premade shit from the grocery store!
