I don't want to be at work. I dropped my father off at the airport. I didn't get to spend enough time with him this week.

Work is driving me batty. I think I may be on my period.....

i'm recovering from a month of working graveyard shift hours, and getting used to sleeping when i've been awake, and staying awake during the hours i used to be trying to sleep. i'm exhausted all the time, my skin's all broken out and i've gained weight. i'm pretty!

pretty cranky, that is.

i'm noticing this week that everyone is more annoying than usual. while i'm trying to remind myself that part of this is due to my own sleep dysphoria, but i'm also cutting myself some slack by also reminding myself that, yes, most people are wildly annoying - it's just that my usual ability to phase them out is a little impaired right now...

I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. I kind of just want to scream at the top of my lungs. Maybe I need therapy or meds. I don't know.
