Everyone I talk to lately seems to be having a difficult time. In my particular situation, I took control of it. Soon after I did, my bad week turned better. I have been so stressed that I Sat down with my friends and explained that I was going though a tough time. I spoke to each person that I had an issue with and resolved the situation in one evening. I had some heartfelt conversations with close friends and believe it or not that helped. For the most part, I took a rotten week, turned it on its head and tried to get the positive things out of it. I really had to draw on my communication and diplomacy skills to get through it. | |
