Unf****ng believable

As most know by now my phone was stolen On 8/4.


I wish to say Sprint sucks. Like AOL before them, they have farmed customer service out to foreign countries. That in it self is not a crime but the fact that they do not understand ENGLISH IS!

I have been insulted and they refuse to hand me over to and English speaking counterpart and or a supervisor! mad

Service sux. What are your legal options? Can you sue?

Don't pay for calls you did not make, if they threaten you then threaten them with legal action.

I also am unfortunately a victim of Sprint PCS aka what I like to call Sprint POS peice of shit. I swear not to be distasteful or rude but when calling their customer service about something they fucked up its like you're talking to them from some mind feild in a foreign country. They are going on about the most ridiculous rants that have nothing to do with the orginal problem and you still are trying to figure out how to pronounce their name in your head.Their service is beat the whole thing is just beat. disbelief

Maybe the operator was in the US and just happened to have a foreign accent? I contacted Sprint a few times the past couple months, and the person spoke english clearly. Or if it was a phone call about the insurance, that may be a third=party company they transfered you to.

In all seriousness...I had Sprint...horrible experience disbelief ....went to Verizon ....better nod great network, but kind pricey....not T-Mobile...which has amazing customer service, inexpensive...but out here in Ohio...the network kinda bites.... so..... sigh shrug

The Lady imformed me that they service is veing farmed out to Asia. AOls is to India.

The first gentlemen could not understand me and would NOT transfer me to a supervisor. He eventually through me back in the system.... She took it and also could NOT figure out what to do. I'd say this transfer is recent.

(The whole opperation isn't farmed.... She indicated 1/2 was.)

Same issues here. YOu have to go with what works. Sprint is the only one that works in this area and it is mainly a business phone.

This is happening in most Corporations..

They use countries like India, Phillipines, Indonesia, Mexico, wherever, they can acquire cheap labor..

well, since this thread is about horrible service providers. . .

quest offers a 'service' for its customers (i'm a customer even though i switched to metrocom in order to avoid quest - there's no avoiding quest in the midwest); when i put a call through to someone and the call goes unanswered Quest's recorded message comes on the line telling me that, for 95 cents, Quest will keep trying the number i called and will ring me back when the line is no longer busy. Quest prompts me to press '1' if i wish to access this 'service'

even though i hang up without pressing 1 to accept the service, quest has been calling me back and putting the call through without my consent, so that my friends are treated to their phone ringing and then when they pick up the line they hear my recorded, outgoing message on the machine because i'm no longer there to pick up the phone when quest puts my call through

has this happened to anyone else?
