Can a person making minimum wage, 5 bucks and some change last I checked, afford gas? Over half of their hourly wage is good for a gallon, never mind food and shelter! Every summer gas goes up 10, 20 cent, inflation another 3% and the minimim wage has been the same for what 10 or more years!
