gastritis

I've been diagnosed with a serious gastritis one hour ago, after a gastroscopy. The horror started last night.

ill

Anyone else who had it? I'm just wondering how long the pain will last and what things I should eat right now. As I was an emergency (the doctor sent me immediately to the specialist) lol I was only a short time in the hospital, and the specialist didn't have too much time to explain things to me.

disbelief I got sick after a spaghetti bolognaise though.

Anyway, it will probably make me lose the 4 kilos I proudly gained there.

I must say I'm glad this didn't happen to me in Portugal. I once got a food-poisoning in the south of Italy. It might as well have been something else, they never knew for sure. That place was horrible, I can tell you.

oh my god!!! I remember going to the ER for that. It utimately happened because then, in my early twenties, I was drinking too much coffee and alcohol. It hurt so badly that I couldn't even move.

I had alcoholic gastritis diagnosed about 5 years ago. Of course it didn't stop me drinking, but it does hurt like hell.
Happy is he who finds out the causes for things.Virgil (70-19 BC). Virgil was such a lying bastard!

The funny thing is that I've become so much healthier the last two years. I don't drink much and cook about every day.

But yesterday was not the best evening I guess: two friends came over for dinner, I cooked a pasta with lots of vegetables and fresh tomatoes, we drank wine and had a coffee and a joint afterwards.

lol

hammer

Got to quit the smoking though. A,d check the allergies. 'Cause I've been having similar problems for over one year.

And you're right, moving is so painful. Half an hour ago my boyfriend kissed me very softly on my belly, felt like he was killing me with a knife.
