I think you are.
People need to get angry from time to time. To always strive to be "good" is to be only half of what we are. I'm not saying that we should be bitter angry people or do things that are wrong, but understand that there is nothing wrong with you if you get upset--it's normal.




How else can you explore new avenues of expression or experiences?

People need to get angry from time to time. To always strive to be "good" is to be only half of what we are. I'm not saying that we should be bitter angry people or do things that are wrong, but understand that there is nothing wrong with you if you get upset--it's normal.
