My nephew is in hospital again...UPDATE.... and out again! Heard the news this morning. My entire day evolved around me trying to send lots of good vibes his way.
His name is Floris and he has a kidney disorder in both kidneys. He has been on real heavy medication most of his life now. It's all about ups and downs; his kidneys are supposed to put some essential 'stuff' (can't find the right word, maybe enzym?) in his blood, but instead they treat it as waste... The last few weeks they have been switiching to a less invasive drug and now he has suffered a real bad set-back. 
And he is only seven...

LoL Did you check the title of the pic? My sis called the pic 'bravery'. It was taken at his last test-runs... we spent the entire day playing games. He always loves to give me tours of the hospital. He's a good guide. He knows where all the candy machines are, hehehe. |

It marks him in many ways, physically and mentally. He does not want to be different. He just wants to be one of the kids. |
