I had a friend that had a Boa named Balthazar and that's how she fed him. We once went to buy him some mice and the pet shop was out so the lady was nice and trying to help us and was like, well, we have this hamster that's been running around the place that we can't seem to sell... And my friend explained that he was so used to the dead food, he couldn't/wouldn't catch a live one and eat it. Pondering our dilemma, the lady caught the hamster, put it in a plastic bag and said, I'll be right back. She walked into a back room, left the door open and we heard WHAP WHAP WHAP. She walked out with a dead hamster. We went home and fed Balthazar.
