If I'm in my pyjamas, I take a shower, get changed, put make up on and brush my hair. For some reason when I open the door they're gone

Yes, I'm totally with you.

I once stupidly got out of the shower to answer the door, dripping wet, dressed only in a towel...

...and at the door was a Jehovah's Witness, who despite my protestations of being in mid-shower, an atheist, not interested, and freezing fucking cold, proceeded to bash my ear for 10 minutes. She was obviously on auto-pilot (and oblivious to the plight and feelings of others), as every attempt I made to politely ask her to leave was ignored. Eventually, at this stage having turned a rather fetching shade of mottled purple and orange, and shivering uncontrollably, I pushed a pound coin into her hand, grabbed one of her pamphlets, and shut the door.

Needless to remark, I am not a fan of the JW door to door policy.

I still have the pamphlet, and I haven't read it yet.
