I mix it up sometimes, but I heard that it wasn't good to keep changing your products.....oh well. Most of the time I use Noxema products.....the Countinuous Clean line. Sometimes I'll use Johnson and Johnson Clean and Clear products. As far as actual soap I use Dove and Neutrogena, because when it comes to bar soap nothin' beats Dove and Neutrogena, imo. I love that new Cool Moisture line by Dove. I like those St. Ives apricot scrubs too, but they're only used like once a week. I just love testing out new products....like those facial masks and scrubs that come in those one use only packs. They're only about $1-$2 each. I wish I could move on to the bigger and better products that places like Sephora sell.....but I'm only a broke college student. Anyway the products I use seem to be working.

I use and try various products, but Oil of Olay products seem to work well for me and, for me, don't break the bank toooo much. smile

A non-OoO product I recently tried and really loved though is that new moisturizer from Phisoderm - PH2O. Kind of has a weird smell at first, but it soaks in very quickly and has really made a difference in my skin. I love it.

I tried that facial wash by Phisoderm a while back and I loved the way it smelled. Yeah it was kind of a weird smell, but a good one. I've never even had an acne problem so I have no clue why I tried phisoderm. I think I'm just addicted to just things with the word "NEW!" plastered on it. giggle It still cleansed pretty good though.

nod

I'm a sucker for the word NEW on a product, too! lol I'm like you also in that I love trying new products - cosmetics, cleansers, lotions, etc.

However I don't think I've ever tried any Phisoderm cleansers before. I usually just use Noxema to wash my face, but that PH2O seemed like a nice moisturizer so I gave it a try and am glad I did. From what I've read, it seems Phisoderm products are pretty good overall.

The smell of the PH2O moisturizer took me awhile to place but the closest I can come up with to compare it to is a lighter, 'cleaner' version of permanent solution! Ugh, I know, that sounds awful but that's what it reminds me of. lol

I use basis face wash! It smells delicious, makes my face clean-feeling (not filmy - ugh), and is gentle.

It's relatively inexpensive, $7 or so, and lasts forever since it foams up so nicely.

Occasionally I will use St Ives apricot scrub and a mud masque to make my skin feel nice, but it's not an everyday thing.

I use Oil of Olay face lotion with SPF 15 sunscreen in it during the day and topical clindamyacin (acne medication) during the night. And you wonder why my skin is so clear! lol
I mean, like, where is the sun?

I use Lush, Angels on Bare Skin.

Their stuff is all-natural and soooo awesome.

The shampoos/conditioners are the best, though.

I've had pretty clear skin all my life even during my teen years (minus a single blemish here & there every now & again) but about a year ago my face started buggin' out - none of my regular stuff (Noxema & Neutrogena) was working. mad I tried different versions of Noxema & Neutrogena, tried Oil of Olay, Basis, Mario Badescu - none saved my face mad mad

I got fed up & went the ProActive route redface It cleared me up but eventually started drying my skin out, it was just too strong. BUT my face loves the toner - when I stop using it I get occasional breakouts confused

SO... Noxema to wash, ProActive Toner, Bath & Body Works' It's All In A Clay's Work Detoxifying Facial Mask once a week...

Moisture: ProActive Oil Free Moisturizer night (too light for day) & Esoterica for day (keeps my skin even toned when I do break out so there's no marks left behind)...

I still wanna find a less expensive toner - that shit is $12.95 for 4 oz!! disbelief
heart prince I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it prince heart

Man...that would suck...having great clear skin and one day just start breaking out....

My whole family has had blemish problems...tho...now that they're older it's just scares...I'm keeping mine from doing that...I've found that the only thing that works for my blemishes...my birth control pill...

I'm not kidding...my face clears up...and they stay gone...

Hormones I think hmmm
