I may be chiming in late, but take it from a picky gay aesthete, most are designs anyone would think of doing on a desktop publishing application, but you nailed #2!! The balance of text and graphic is great, and the hint -- not the use of an entire piece of -- fruit is intriguing. I'd make it into a series, though -- adding one for grapes, one for blueberries, etc. Ὅσον ζῇς φαίνου

It's quaint because when I first saw the mugs I liked #3 the least as it appeared so what dull. However, the text is the most prominent in size and emphasis on #3 and if it had more colour that would be my choice.
