I really don't like the "control" part. No way that fruits will control cancer. Sorry Byron, but I'm against anything which will give false hope / information.
Designer-wise i like #5 best, although a green apple may work better as a contrasting colour. You don't scare me; i got kids | |

Well, the "control" part is part of the organization's name, not part of a slogan about "fruit will control cancer"...it's a medical center with an emphasized unit dedicated to cancer prevention and control. I think they concentrated on a fruit motif as a way of conveying natural, easy things we can do to help ourselves make the fight against cancer more successful...not to cure it. Yeah, it would be..lol...actually, the mugs are going to be part of "gift bags" given to speakers and lecturers who speak at the medical center...as well as the center's name will be printed in much smaller print on the mug as well (see design #6, some ultra small print going vertically on the right, as an example). | |
