I definitely think (too much) but I've been this way my whole life.

It's a curse and a blessing. The curse part is almost like the relatively reasonable price you pay for the blessing. Sometimes it helps to think of it that way. I know what you're going through.

I can agree with that sometimes.
But usually it just drives me crazy. wink

Do you ever feel sad for no good reason?

My romantic relationship is fulfilling.
I have no real money worries.
I have friends and family that love me.
I have brand new job I'll be starting soon.

Yet, all I've done since I woke up today is watch TV and cry.

I just don't have the metal/emotional energy to do anything today.

And before ya'll ask, it's not PMS. confused

aww hon I know what you mean hug ...I've been kinda battling depression lately and today was a REALLY bad day I've been at work all day in tears trying to cover it up thanking whoever it is that blessed me with an office of my own lol ...there are people very close to me who are going through REAL bad times right now and I'm trying to be strong for them but I have to stay away from them because I just can't be positive right now sad

hope you're ok sweetie and I hope you cheer up soon hug

I do think of it that way! But then you see all these "non thinkers" who can run around happy and free and I can't help but envy them.

And the worst part is that they don't even envy you when you're cashing in on the "blessing", again because they're not thinking! Bastards! lol

Yeah, the low points on the rollercoaster is always where you want to get off. ill It doesn't feel like it matters that the view will be amazing just a few seconds later.

I get like that sometimes... It comes out of the blue for no real reason and leaves you feeling empty almost.. nothing you do makes you feel better.. I know the feeling... Best thing to do is just do things to take your mind off of it, and if that wont work hop into bed late and sleep it off...

My thoughts are with you.. It happens to me too!

I tell ya.. I have felt that way many times before.. I just think its a personal issue when it comes down to it. maybe a slight depression.. maybe not but I think its something we (as a person) are lacking.. I havent found out just yet what that is though...

Cry it out, girl. And tomorrow, get up, go to the gym, eat right, and get those endorphins back in action. Sometimes our souls just need cleansing, and we wear ourselves out trying to shove it all back in, rather than just letting it come out. hug

And you know, if you are spending a lot of time sleeping, etc, you might need to talk to someone about it. Depression is difficult to get through on your own sometimes. Its not failure to talk to a doctor.

It may be a dream that was left emotionally unresolved and you just don't remember it or something.

Get some sun.

Walk around.

I get emotional sometimes, too. Then the bartender normally cuts me off and it gets better. smile

keep your head up girl, it happens to the best of us...its not about why you feel this way but how you handle it. I sense that you are a strong person, so it won't get the best of you, not like you think, but it just seems to hurt so bad when you are in that mood that makes things "seem" like they are bad when it isn't. Like someone said before, just keep on cryin' it out, and you will feel a whole lot better in the morning... biggrin
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
