So is this by chance any truth ....

people i know have forwarded the email "hoax" that says to call a 1-800 number to put your cell phone number on a "DO NOT CALL " list because soon the telemarketers will start calling cell phones ALSO .... hmmmm ....

so i looked it up ... and thought it was a hoax ...

then - my wifey says she saw something on the TODAY show and it is REAL ... any truth ??? or what is the catch ??? that i am missing ???
