I love my wife dearly. But she is biting my head off at a moment's notice today. Now I know the reason.

My wife is tired and I feel bad for her because she had to go back to work this week. She has been off since March on maternity leave and now she has to go back to school where she teaches 5th grade. That's hard to have to face after time off, I know.

My wife is nursing a baby who eats ALL THE DAMN TIME. I love my little Zoey but the baby is HUGE. My wife never gets a break.

My wife informed me today that, on top of everything else, she's riding the "crimson wave".

Put this together: tired, nursing, and menstrating.

It's the "Perfect Storm" of grumpiness over here. I'm scared to death. Not sure if I'm going to make it through this one...

Have you tried watching more sporting events on the television set?

I thought that was the cure. I watched the Braves game and then the football game from Japan and then some golf and I believe a replay of a volleyball match from February of this year. But it didn't help, she was still grumpy.

No she understands my compulsion to listen to "Fantastic" and "Make it Big" 12 times a day. She had a little problem with me doing it bareassed naked at first but even that she has come to love as just one of my little "quirks".
