Another round of guilty pleasures!

I've been feeling kinda yucky lately and I was supposed to see Elvis Costello tonight, but he cancelled! sad

So a girlfriend agreed to have a girly dinner with me. And I'm draggin her to what could admittedly be one of the worst restaurants ever, but in that oh so bad it's good kinda way. I'm making her take me to Red Lobster. (For non-US residents, it's a crapy chain seafood restaurant.)
I know, I know, the thought of it makes you sick, I'm sure. But one thought of cheddar bacon biscuits and seafood deep-fried or dipped in butter makes me feel happy in my tummy. I'll likely scoff at the suburban patrons in their stretch pants and khakis but I'll delite in my iceberg lettuce and bleu cheese dressing salad.
oh, middle class suburban comfort food. drool

So what's your guilty pleasure (food or otherwise)?

I like Red Lobster. It tastes good when you can't have fresh seafood.

Have fun..

An occasional cigarette. They are soooo good when you aren't hooked on them, but soooo nasty when you are.

I don't really get guilt from eating great (in one way or another) food. I do feel REALLY guilty when I spend an entire day on the org and I have work to do. I occasionally feel guilty when I go out for a quick pint, and plan to be home in an hour and it turns into an all night session. Can't help it sometimes, but i do feel guilty.

I was denied my guilty pleasure after all. sigh She just couldnt bring herself to go there.

But instead I had cream cheese egg rolls and yummy mashed potatoes with mock duck and broccoli and a red curry sauce. And a super yummy spicy bloody mary. So it was all ok. But nothing to feel guilty about there. smile
