Have you ever heard about Charles Sobhraj?

I saw a documentary about this serial killer last night, and I can't think of many people I've seen that were more narcissistic than this man. He is suspected of having killer over 50 people and poisoned many more without them dying, he operated in Thailand, Nepal, Afghanistan, France and India. As many serial killers he has had many women admirers over the years, his first wife helped in his crimes in Thailand.
What I found odd about this man and his mode of taking lives was that he didn't seem to have a preferred method except for poisoning cos his victims were found strangled, shot, drowned, burned, suffocated etc. Apparently the main focus of his crimes was to gain money and valuables from his victims, it seemed more like he killed them in passing kinda. The only thing that contradicted this was when a Dutch embassy employée who investigated the man for many many years said that Sobhraj wanted his victims to join his family in a way, he invited them in and treated them to fine meals and parties. Then when the people, who were most often travellers and backpackers wanted to move on or had to move on, he got upset and murdered them.
Have you heard about Charles Sobhraj? He has no remorse, no acknowledgement of the fact that he ended the lives of so many. A true psychopath, who's currently in jail in Nepal and will remain there for the rest of his life or until he decides to escape (he has escaped from prison five times!! shocked ).
