My cell phone is jacked, but I need to check my voicemail! What number do I need to call? I tried calling my own number, but I can't seem to access my menu (ie - there's nowhere for me to enter my password, etc).... HELP!!!!

ummm call 1-800-IMAGINE and ask? I used to be able to check my voicemail from outside my phone before with my old phone but not with my new. My phone is an 831 area code but the voicemail is 408.

Call 611 from your phone to reach customer service. Alternatively, you can call one of the numbers on the following page; the number varies depending upon whether you're still on the AT&T Wireless system or on Cingular's system, as well as the type of service you have:

If you have cingular all you have to do is hold down the number 1 on your keypad and it'll call your voicemail.

Since you can't use your own phone, call your number from another phone and hit the # key when your outgoing message is playing. That should give you your voicemail options. Best of luck!
