- said by Dennis Taylor while commentating on snooker world championship, circa 1988.

I still haven't figured out if it makes sense or not.

"also", when people put quotation "marks" around words for no apparent "reason".

What pisses me off is a fairly normal Kentucky thing. People don't know when to use was/were or is/are.

Adding certain letters to words and thinking it's cute or clever. Though not even a Kentuckian would do that. We mostly subtract 'round here. biggrin

also...when watching baseball, announcers always refer to "runs batted in" as RBI's..which is wrong. the plural is on the runs, not the in.
you look better on your facebook page than you do in person hmph!

* "you's and me's don't ticks" (Something my cousin used to say. confused )
* "Who dat?"
* "Brang" instead of "Brought" (I brang this from the store)

Last but certainly not least, when people say:

IT'S MINES instead of MINE!!! pissed

So are you claiming said item in the name of all your personalities? The word mine is not plural. Sheesh!
