The first thing I would try is to reset your monitor to factory settings, that may have an effect. It's possible that your display timing could be wrong so resetting will sort that out.
I've never seen 'blurry' screen as you describe, are you sober ? ( sorry, had to check!) Are you getting any screen flicker as well ? Anything strange happening with the colours ? Hopefully not, screen flicker and/or washed out colours unsually mean your monitor is fucked and about to die. Lemmy, Bowie, Prince, Leonard. RIP.

Could be a few things - mostly it sounds like you haven't got the right, most uptodate drivers for your monitor. Have a look for your monitor name on the internet and see if you can find some drivers to download.
It might also be that the anti-aliasing settings are messed up. Some graphic cards have a few different options for anti-aliasing settings - have a look around in the display settings, in 'advanced' or whatever you find there, and try different settings. ALSO - download the latest drivers for your graphics card. It could also be the monitor refresh rate - also to be found in the display/monitor settings - it will be something like 60hz, 70hz - maybe try one of the others. Hope that helps!

Sorry to hear you're still having problems. There's tons of things to try before you resort to buying a monitor - you could try a different monitor cable as sometimes the pins get bent - I've also heard of people removing the graphic card, blowing the dust off the motherboard, and then putting it back in - but at the end of the day, it could still just be the monitor is incompatible or broken! If you can, borrow a monitor off someone to check. If it still does it, obviously it's not a broken monitor.
I still reckon it could be the monitor or graphics card drivers though.

Once my monitor didn't work , just a black screen ,
no light burning either Plugged it out and in my pc and then it worked normally again (i guess it's 15 years old or something and the colours are much too dark)
