Mango's - Not the SNL Mango, the fruit I've been going to a local open air market every week and getting some kick ass fruit for real cheap. I've become addicted to mangos and I'm just wondering how people prepare them for eatting.
I've just been cutting around the huge pit but it seems like I'm wasting the precious fruit. Maybe take a pealer to it or ...? | |

Slice pieces from the pit. then you slice across diagonally both ways to make little squares, push it up from the skin side and eat it with a spoon, or without a spoon.
