Christian Bale is my dream boyfriend. I've had a crush on him since "EMPIRE OF THE SUN." You guys remember that film right? The one with John Malcovich (sp?) and directed by Steven Spielberg. I think Christian was 11 or 12 in that film... And he played Patrick Bateman perfectly...so perfeclty in fact that Bret Easton Ellis had a character called "The Christian Bale Look Alike," in his novel Glamorama.

I really did. I'm a big fan of those type of movies. Stuff like MEMENTO (great great movie and so original) I am just soooo put off by movies right now. Nothing is original. That's why I like a lot of foreign and indy films. Even if they suck they are at least a little thought provoking. I guess I'm kind of a film snob but I do enjoy a "bad" movie once in a while.
