two friends of mine have had breast enlargements...both are very happy with what they've had done nod

I'm not a big fan of it at all but if there was one thing I'd change (out of the things it's actually possible to lol) it'd be my teeth...I'd love to have them straightened etc looking really nice one day nod

You are what you are. Cosmetic surgery should be confined to use following medical justification.

there's, in truth, a whole lot I'd love to change about my appearance but I really don't like cosmetic surgery at all so on principle I wouldn't do it

That is easy. Ass and breast reduction. A new pair of knees. And a removal of all excess fat. Other than that I am happy. Oh and someone to do my hair all the time or a fierce weave that I would never have to comb or take down. biggrin

I want a small face lift... actually, all I want is about a millimeter raised at my hairline, that little bit would really do wonders!

I have wanted boobies for years and years, but yesterday at the grocery store I saw someone I knew, who was going to set me up with her doctor last year, and it completely changed my mind on the whole thing.

She once had a killer body but she's lost too much weight and is roughly about 5'7" and, guessing on the high side, 110 pounds. Thin as a rail, but her large C's were jutting out of her sunken in chest and she looked awful.

All I thought of is, "Dear God, I don't want to be in my casket, after I die, and in a years time look like that." I know I wouldn't be seen, but I don't want to picture myself like that, ever. So, I'm thinking I'll stick with what I have and have all of me waste away at the same rate.

There's nothing wrong with cosmetic surgery in general, it's just that some people take it too far, but that applies to a lot of things in life.

Wow, I never thought I'd hear you say this! I'm so glad you're learning to be happy with what you have. You're too pretty to alter your body!!! Fun bags look like they would be fun to have, but it just wasn't in our cards to get em! And ya know what? OH WELL!
