Mellow yellow certainly owns Mountain Dew, though I consider them both poison. Coke puts out your Dr. Pepper, for goodness sake! And, Western KY Coke company delivers Ski, which is the king of all yellow, carbonated drinks. Then, of course, you have your various flavors of coke itself. Your cherries, your vanillas, limes... Actually, Dr. Pepper is it's own company. Coke produces Mr. Pibb, which was intended to compete with DP. Often times, fast food joints who have contracts with Coke are allowed to still sell DP, since it is far more popular that Pibb, and the Coca Cola folks recognize the wisdom in not losing a contract because of this. You'll often see DP at chains that have Pepsi contracts as well. Silly me.  Thanks for clearing it up. I just figured since the coke man delivers the DP to our machines at work...
