My friend called with her 5 year old ,and he knocked a glass of water all over my laptop.So it's fucked,it has a burnt out chip or something ..so i am using my old laptop which can only use windows 98 remind me to never have children ..ever.Oh and my pictures ,videos ,music everything is gone ...i need a hug or something

Seems to me that your friend should offer to pay to fix or replace your laptop. I know it was just an accident and that the kid didn't mean to do it, but it seems obvious that a parent should feel responsible for his/her child's behavior and any damage that results.

Just one opinion.....although I realize the issue of money is always an awkward thing between friends.

this evening i will go to yet another funeral

a 26 yr old young man that grew up with our oldest daughter

he went missing 16 days ago and they found his body downriver in newport tenn.


i would trade my PC ... my car ...my truck and all the cash i have in my savings to get him back

his parents are probably having a shitty day too
