I HAVE A COLD It's been hot weather and then cool rainy weather and now this back and forth weather has caused me to get a cold - a scratchy throat and achyness.
Somebody, anybody make me feel better

  I know what you mean...the weather was suck ass there for a bit and I was scared I was going to get sick. Ive been trying to be careful especially since Ive been so busy packing and stuff and havent been resting, I dont want to get sick

summer colds SUCK. i've been battling one myself for almost a month now. every time i think it's gone, the weather gets all wonky and it winds up coming back. it was almost totally gone before our 105 degree weather last weekend, then i was sick all over again. 
i hope you feel better soon. take good care of yourself - i think summer colds are harder to shake than winter colds! | |

im hoping i don't get sick either, i've been sleeping in a FRIGID hotel room 4 a week so we'll see how that goes

Ingredients: 1 tblsp Honey 3/4 glass Tea 2 shots Brandy 1 slice Lemon Mixing instructions: Brew tea and fill tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in Brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy. Between this, living a healthy lifestyle of whole foods, exercise everyday and keeping yourself clean you shouldnt get sick anytime soon again. I dont even remember the last time I was sick. | |
