Ce De Candy Inc. is part of a family tradition of candy that started in England in 1932. In 1949 our Chairman came to America with the dream of making Ce De Candy Inc. a part of our childhood traditions. With two wrapping machines, a rented facility and a lot of ingenuity, he succeeded! "SMARTIES®" is now a household name and generations of Americans have enjoyed Ce De's cool candy products.
