Hello, again real quickly. I spent the night again with Drew- watched TV and ate snacks, turned in early. All night last night I reinforced the skills that I watched the therapist use. They were in again this morning and they made him think about the questions- he had about a 30 second delay- sometimes faster, sometimes slower- but he's starting to remember what city we are in, the name of the hospital, and what he had done. He didn't know any of that yesterday or lastnight. I bet I said "You are at the Medical Center in Columbus, GA you had a brain tumor removed" a hundred times lastnight. I watched and listened to the therapist closely and I'll coach him some more tonight. I'm on my break, it's nice to get away, but I'm still thinking about him. My phone isn't ringing so I know that all is fine. Here's some pics of his flowers- the camera on my phone isn't great. Drew want's me to bring our nicer camera tonight so I may take the pics again.















...and Drew took a pic of me. Our phones are complicated and he did so with no problems.

Thanks Marion! And yes I'm taking care of me too! This all has been extremely stressful, but helping care for Drew and staying busy has really helped.

I made his mother cry yesterday- and it's not that I said anything ugly or mean, she did it for attention. You just have to stay positive, you have to be focused, and you cannot worry about things that may not happen or are out of your control. I know she's his mother, but he's coming home with me at the end.
