Because I'm also in the medical field, I just wanted to mention that I hope you got clearance in posting both childrens' photos, (first) names and situations on a public, online forum such as this. As I'm sure you know, maintaining confidentiality is a pretty serious part of the biz and--especially with kids--hospitals can be liable for breaking privacy.

Getting some things done... work is taking a big turn for me, it is a good thing... a dream come true. ~Smile.

I mentioned in my profile I plan to get busy with life... meaning work and the building of the new Pediactric Tower is underway. It's a big development and I find myself in the mist of it all. I am going to be emerged in getting an education/tutor program accepted... a big challenge. A lot of time on my end will be demanded... tons of research, learning the politics of the hospital adminstration and grant writing, much to learn on my end. It is a longtime passion and dream of mine to be involved in something I use to dream about all the time. Education, children, bringing joy and comfort whenever I can. Of course when all the hard work is done (funny, it never is done, I know this...) and education is approved... I will be teaching the pediactric children in the hospital.
