I think the org should start doing this!!! There are fountains everywhere! Go out and put some detergent or some soap in them! It doesn't hurt anything and it actually makes the fountain stand out! Post pics on this thread!

I hate to be the party-pooper here but recently someone got caught doing this here and it wasn't non-destructive and they got a bill from the city for like $2,500 for damages done to the fountain by the soap.

when i was growing up some people kept doing this this to a fountain in town, so the town shut the fountain off and it hasn't ran since 1988

I was reading on the web that the fines to pay tickets for this range from $50 to $500 plus damages so I guess if you do it don't get caught. Also don't be doing it in any Koi fountains because it will kill them.

We had a fountain in the court yard of our school. Someone would put soap in it the first week of every semester.
If you use the right amount of soap,it looks pretty...like a bubble bath
