If u found out that one of your parents was having an affair would u keep the secret or tell the other parent? I cannot say if this has happened to me, but there are a few things that have happened over the years to make me believe it could have happened. I would never say anything without concrete proof and even then i can't say for sure if i would or not. just curious

I wouldn't tell the other parent. (besides I'm sure they'd already know. Spouses sense things.)

But I would give that one cheating parent hell. And curse out the skank bitch cheating with him.


I speak from experience. My dad has had a couple of girlfriends over my parents 50 year marriage. Asshole.


When I was at his house several years ago, I intercepted a call from his last girlfriend. I told that bitch not to call my mama's house anymore. And I didn't spell the world bitch either I said it with as much venom as I could muster.


My mom is so sweet, though. When I told her what I said . She said 'Oh, you shouldn't be disrespectful." That bitch used to be a family friend and used to be good friends with my mama.

I guess women have their reasons for staying with cheatin men. My mom and dad have been together since they were high school sweethearts. They are 68 and got married right after high school. They are still together. I don't think he's had a girlfriend for at least five years.

As a rule, I think kids don't say anything if it means they'll be the newsbreaker. My mama's friend had a husband who used to cheat ... he would take his lover (the wife's cousin That bitch.) to his sons' houses like he was gonna get praise for being a pimp.


But that wife knew too, so I think the kids just tried to stay out of it.
