Be safe out there! I live in the DC area and we experienced 9/11 and the sniper attacks so I know what's it's like.

I would like to know how U guys are coping?

Without wanting to sound OTT. This is another episode of terrorism that we are well used to. London has seen it's share of bombs in the past and this latest stupidity is no different.
We will not be demoralised
We will not be beaten
We will not allow our heads to drop
We will carry on
