Ok Anxiety, I agree with you on Pig Brains and Ham Salad. But Saurkraut is where I draw the line dammit . I happen to grow up in a city which is rooted in Polish Cuisine. As a result, I happen to like Saurkrat, Perogies, and Kelbalsa Sausage.
