I got to the hospital right before it rained- and I mean the bottom fell out! Anyway (Oh Drew is much better!)- There was so much rain at one time that the storm drains overfilled and water flooded the parking lots! At the deepest, the water was up to the windows. Some cars were flooded up to the headlights- one car's lights were on. Another car's horn was continually blasting. And the water stopped one parking place away from my car! I was able to drive off, but there was about 30 people who were stuck with a flooded car. Every lot on the grounds did this. I was in Drew's room on the 7th floor and I could see through the window that another lot was flooded. As we left the fire department and the news (to get in the fucking way!) pulled up... you know I watched the 10 o'clock news and saw it!

The flood was a mess! This morning there were 2 wreckers towing off cars.
