Prime minister:
He was told about this when in lunch with the Australian prime minister.
He would like to say these things are done by people who wish to scare others that thankfully they have been no casualties and that he hopes the people do don’t worry.
He also stated that it is best he tells us no news and just let the police tell the public.
He also stated transport system will be up and running as soon as possible.

shrug its like he has no clue what is going on or he is refusing to tell us what is going on. Blair is muppet

Meanwhile we sit here twiddling our thumbs rolleyes

All the people wanna know is if people are safe and well he could at least sound like he knows what he is talking about shake

Gonna pray

A witness is stating that a approximatly 17 year old asian with a British accent ran from the scene and that many British gave chase.

I am glad to hear that the locals are taking matters into their own hands. Hopefully they catch his dumb ass! Sounds like goofball jackasses.

Blair is trying to give the impression that it's business as usual, according to reports people were stampedeing through the carriages, some screaming. They were terrified. He needs to get his finger out of his arse and face facts. This isn't the London that I or any other person wants to live in.

sorry, but I'm angry.

I guessed as much, I haven't seen the footage yet. He can say what the fook he likes feom his bomb proof little world. They have now closed my home station in the middle of Hertfordshire for a "bomb scare". People are shitting themselves. You are absolutely right, he needs some really positive action and stop just telling us to "go on as normal", and "be strong".

I know what you guys are saying, and I thought it could have been handled a little better too - and im not disagreeing with either of your points.

But I think this time 'round, he thought/was advised to be less doom-laden about it, in the hope it would not give the terrorists (or whomever the fuck it was) the reaction from him they wanted.

Of course, if this is the case, this could all totally backfire and things could get worse until they do get the reaction they want, guess we'll just have to wait and see and hope that this course of action was the correct one.

We have to go about our daily business, but all the time wondering if the kid on the bus or tube with the rucksack is going to blow us up. disbelief Not only is it unfair to us but also the people having to face accusing looks.

It's all politically motivated, as our P.M he has a responsibility to address the issues as to why it is happening. We cant, we're just the ones who have to live with the consequences.

All I know is it's extremely distressing for those of us who live and work in London.

That's all.

Those MoFos are at it again.

The latest bus incident is just 2 minutes walk from where I live. Won't stop me living my life as usual.

Time to get some T-Shirts printed for Londoners to wear. The slogan can be simple. Maybe:

Fuck yer bombs!

Relieved that there were no fatalities (reported), miraculously pray

Also the injuried are confirmed to ONE, thus far. Not sure to what extent that person has been wounded. I hope it's not serious or life threatening.

There is always confusion, anxiety and fear at these early stages. More will become clear tomorrow.

If the actual culprits have been apprehended, this is only a bonus to us. Callous dead men don't talk, but callous cowards can be made to open their mouths. Hard lined action must be taken against these bastards A.S.A.P.
People in "splinter cells" (however "amateur", like I suppect these fools were) need to be exposed and the appropriate people need to help their own communities and country by coming forward to aid the authorities with their investigations.
