Surely u don't mind the odd day of sunshine in the windy city?  actually, no. i don't mind at all. i'm just being melodramatic. it was KINDA hot last weekend but not really bad when i was running around at the other music festival i had planned to attend this summer. i guzzled down bottles of water like they were jello shots, but i'll be damned if i didn't have a good time. plus, this weekend we'll be right next to millenium park, so if it gets too awful, we can just go over there and soak our feet in the wading pool or whatnot. | |

I lived in Nebraska for a few years, so I grew a bit more restistant to the cold than my fellow Texans. When I moved back to TX, I laughed at all the folks wearing jackets when it dropped below 65! I still find it funny that folks down here think it's cold when it is in the 50s (although, I will admit that my blood has thinned somewhat).
