Moderator | I have a migrane. just thought you all should know.
I just took excedrin migrane, and I'm sitting in the dark drinking coffee. What else can I do? In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular. |

I just took excedrin migrane, and I'm sitting in the dark drinking coffee. What else can I do? Don't take too much of that stuff, it's loaded with caffeine. I got addicted to it and had to ween myself off. I had no idea. Researches are saying now that migraines are simply sinus headaches. Not sure if I agree but hey, I'm no scientist. I've been taking claritan for mine and putting a cold face mask over my eyes. It's usually gone within the hour. Feel better

I get these all the damn time!!!!!
I usually take three ibuprofen 200s, and stick my head underneath a hot shower for at least ten minutes. You'd be surprised how much the heat takes the pain away. ahhhhh.....

This might sound obvious and of no immediate help...
...But look at what might be causing it... ..and along with Mach...Massage a few drops of lavender into the temples.... ...Hope it clears soon...

I just took excedrin migrane, and I'm sitting in the dark drinking coffee. What else can I do? Go to the doctor and get a script for fiorinal with codine. It's a butalbital, aspirin, caffeine, and codeine phosphate and will knock that bitch right out.
