Oh yeah, and there was this film I saw as a kid called "Trilogy of Terror" that had this little Indian doll running around trying to kill Karen Black ("Raiders of the Lost Ark"). I saw it was I was like 5 years old and I was scared shitless.

Funny movie. lol That particular story was written by Richard Matheson, and was also adapted years earlier into an episode of The Twilight Zone.

nod My older sister also saw Trilogy of Terror on TV when she was around 5. It scared the shit out of her too and to this day, she refuses to watch it again. lol

I haven't seen it since, either. I'm sure it would seem ridiculously stupid now, but I can STILL remember how scared I was then and I just don't want to see it again. All these years later, I cannot the image of that stupid doll out of my head. biggrin

A bloody Audrey hepburn film for christ sake!!!!!

I was 6 at the time and stopping with my gran and she was watching it just before my bed time ...there is a scene where a guy is found murdered in a hotel room, plastic bag on his head and he has started to scratch teh name of the killer into the carpet.

That fucked me up for years...even now Im not sure thats EXACTLY what I saw but its what I remember

It probably isn't now. But the trailer on Netflix just showed her trying to drown the doll (wtf? Can you drown a doll? biggrin ) then the doll coming out of the tub with a knife in his mouth and continuing to chase her around the house. It was sound he made! It was scarey to me only because I remember how terrified I was seeing it when I was kid.

Btw- Did you ever see the "Simpsons" parody of this movie, when a Krusty the Clown doll was trying to kill Homer? lol

When I saw The Others (With Nicole Kidman) I was scared so much all the hair were raised on my body at one point.

I was just hanging with some co-workers going to see a movie. Didn't know a thing about the movie except a few pictures at the door. Though it was a WWII-movie of some kind.

Now it's one of my favorites - and I'm not too fond of scary movies wink

I remember a couple brough their 6/7-year old boy to see the movie - must have been quite a mouthfull.

"I want my Father's Day cake, Bedelia...you bitch!"

The thing I remember most about Creepshow is that printed on the crate under the stairs, that holds the monster that eats Adrienne Barbeau, is something about an Arctic expedition and my birthday, though clearly not the same year.

Selma's the lead in it. She took on the Adrienne Barbeau role. She had to pad her bra for it. giggle

Hmm. Damn. Coulda sworn...

Anyway, my birthday IS June 19. But obviously I was thinking of another movie or something. It HAS been years since I saw that flick. lol My bad. Will edit. lol

So, is Creepshow 2 any good? I saw it a long-ass time ago, but I don't remember much but a green tarp that floats around a pond killing teenagers and a wooden Indian that goes on a rampage.

Creepshow 2 - the only short on there that I really like is the one about the lake ooze. It's based on a Stephen King story. The story was much better, but not a bad film. The wooden Indian one is just wacky

I haven't even seen Creepshow 2. I didn't even know they made a film out of "The Raft" (the short story it's based on).
