Ok, for those that don't understand what I mean... I call it a beauty mak when it is a colored dot that is not raised. A mole on the other hand feels like a raised spot. I have both varieties. The one on my cleavage that I referred to is not raised (a beauty mark). The one on my neck is and is therefore a mole.
Besides, Beauty mark describes it better
