Never been a 'subscriber' per se (apart from "The Tree Of Knowledge" encyclopedia segments when I was a kid smile ) but I used to buy 'The Ring' magazine every month and sometimes 'Golf Monthly'.

Now I buy 'Men's Health' most months.

what's "the ring"? does a monster come out and kill you if you read the bit on the last page?

lol Nah. It's a boxing magazine biggrin (sorry, I know that must have been an anti-climax for you confused )

Damn. I also used to get 'Nature' and sometimes 'Scientific American' through my college and uni days. I forgot coz I was mainly filtering out brandy from my own blood stream back then drink

I used to get 'Jack' magazine, but it went bust. sad which is a shame, because it was a brilliant mag.

Not a subscriber yet, but have been buying 'National Geographic' for quite a while now, & thinking of subscribing.

A particular issue I had included a beautifully drawn comic-strip style (very Marvel) story of a girl fight that was the steamiest thing this teenager (at the time) had ever seen. drooling
