I am so fucking sick!! I've had the flu for 4 days now and I feel shithouse.
I've dragged myself into work but I'm really struggling. 
How can I feel cold and shivery yet be sweating so much? Blah! When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading. | |

I've been home resting all weekend but i get really bored just sitting on the couch. I thought work might distract me a little. i dont think I'm going to last the day out though. When I read about the evils of drinking, I gave up reading. | |

And while fasting you shouldn't do much more than brisk walking. A fast is a period in which you give your body a rest from digesting (which takes a tremendous amount of energy and reserves to do), and you allow it to cleanse and detox.
