Cruel Intentions 3 is certainly a contender.
This straight-to-video movie has nothing to do with the original film (which I love)... it's as if someone licensed the title and slapped it on an unrelated movie that had already been made. I believe there's something on the box about one of the main characters being a cousin of Sarah Michelle Gellar's character in the original film, but I don't recall anything in the movie itself about this. I bought a used copy to entertain myself while flying to last year's Minneapolis Invasion. And when I returned home, I promptly put it up for sale on eBay. Even Cruel Intentions 2, a straight-to-video prequel created from a cancelled TV series that recycles much of the original film (but not the original actors), is better than the third film. her performance and looks were great, it was the story that had nothing special or horrific happen.

I can't remember the name of the movie but it was the only one I actually walked out of. It must have been over 15 years ago. It had to do with a comet coming toward the earth. I think it was adapted from a book by Isaac Asimov.
