my father used to call me stupid in order to 'encourage' me to get higher grades...the really sad thing is my average was a B and i believed him.


an ex boyfriend called me fat all the time and this led to an eating disorder...i'm better both physically and mentally now...again an attempt to 'better' me....doesn't any realize postive reinforcement is a better way to help someone???


there was a guy i had a crush on in middle school. he refused to date me because i was too tall. something i obviously had no control over. jerk.
