woo hoo! good for you! You CAN do it! One of the hardest and most rewarding things you'll ever do....the first week is the worst untill week 3 then after that it get's better.
I was a long time smoker and have now been a non-smoker for 3 years! seems amazing to me still that I ever quit, def helps me to not smoke again...cause I don't want to have to quit ever again... good luck to ya "not a fan"  yeah...ok | |

Good luck!!! I quit about 2-3 months ago. I have one every once in a while. I have cheated, but I'm not chain smoking anymore.

Keep at it, man! I've quit on and off for a while now  but because I'm such a weak individual, I'm off for a quick  now.

I can vouch for the back cover though, it has a nice picture of Mr. Carr
