Okay!!!! I've been pissed off all week. I rented these 3 documentaries by a guy named Arthur Dong. They were all incredible docs but I felt like there was something missing. I don't know what. http://www.deepfocusprodu...ionV1.html One film deals with gay bashers, the other is about gay people in WWII, and the last is religious families with gay childred. M well, to some extent, i think it's good that we stay pissed on some level. ignorance is out there. we've seen it here on the org lately. i think it's important that we don't get too lulled into thinking everything is peaches and cream, because it's not, and we have to unfortunately equip ourselves every time we walk out the door to deal with a world that includes that kind of intolerance. i don't like it that it exists, but i do think it's important that we talk about it. | |

Aside from the initial posts of "ideas" there isn't much content there...mostly gay men blogging back. The original posters don't even come back to the blog to keep the discussion going.
