TMPletz said: It's tough to find stuff to bring to work that doesn't taste like crap when you reheat it in a microwave. trader joe's simmer sauces are a lifesaver. if you're near a TJs, get a few jars of the stuff and a big bag of rice and some frozen veggies, and you're set for a couple of weeks. and it's GOOD. otherwise, when i take dinner stuff to work, i'll usually make pasta. that seems to reheat pretty well - especially penne or spiral-shaped pasta. ziploc and glad make really handy disposable plastic lunch containers that you can cram in your backpack or whatevs - i just fix a big pot of something during the day, fill as many containers as i can, and i'm set for the week. | |

No Trader Joe's over here. otherwise, when i take dinner stuff to work, i'll usually make pasta. that seems to reheat pretty well - especially penne or spiral-shaped pasta.
