I got a job! .
Sure it's retail work, but it's above minimum wage AND my very first job now that I'm done with my undergraduate career. I start on Thursday! I applied to four places and this was on the bottom of my list but the others have not bothered calling me back. Take that, suckas! I was slightly worried because the Bay Area (esp. Silicon Valley!) has been job-less since the dot com crash. But soon I will be making money and hopefully I'll be able to attend the org invasion! It feels good knowing that this job has nothing to do with my BA! Now I will be able to come home and gripe with the best of ya'll!  I mean, like, where is the sun? | |
