Very nice! I love flamingos. Do they have giraffes there? Giraffes are my favorite! Along with the big cats and dolphins and really any type of monkey/primate thing.
I wanna go to the zoo now!

I actually really like the zoo myself...sometimes the smell gets to me, but it's amazing to think that you can go a couple miles from your house and see freakin lions, hippos, etc....it's just baffling when I think about it. Then again, I'm easily baffled.

yup, they have a couple of giraffes that live in a big space with some ostriches and gazelles. i'd have photos, but giraffes are hard to take pictures of. they won't get their faces out of the damn trees.

the zoo recently got some meerkats, which are fast becoming my favorite part of the zoo, right behind the big birdhouse room where they let the birds fly free.

i know. there have been some deaths and mishaps at the zoo over the past year...which is weird because lincoln park zoo is pretty famous for being one of the best.
