Sorry, I got knocked offline right when I posted.
Gatorade is a non-carbonated sports drink that has extra salt and potassium in it for very active people. The more you need it the better it will taste to you,if it tastes yucky and really salty you don't need to be drinking it. The blue flavors and the raspberry lemonade flavors taste OK but the lemonlime is horrible! I'm with Dook, I like Propel, it only has I think 2-3 grams of sugar per serving, Gatorade's is as high as soda if I recall correctly.

OH HELL YES
I love me some Gatorade! I drink almost all of the flavors. I drink it almost every day. in fact, I have really cut back on all the sodas (Coke, Canada Dry, etc.) & juices that have SO MUCH SUGAR in them & I drink a lot more Gatorade along with the usual water at most other times & typically red wine with dinner. I hear a lot of people say that they don't like the taste of Gatorade or that it "tastes funny".. well, people will think what they think, but it seems many people "confuse" Gatorade with a juice drink or Kool-Aid type thing, & they think it's going to be sweeter than it is.. Gatorade is a SPORTS DRINK. it is specifically made to replenish the body with things the body loses during/after strenuous physical activity - playing a team sport, doing aerobics, cycling, running - anything like this. YES, some/many of the ingredients in Gatorade don't "taste good", but that's not the point. the point is to give back to the body what it has lost. for anyone who does not like Gatorade.. I am sure that if you tried enough of the varieties - you would probably find at least 1 flavor that you could stand to swallow.. even like! after I've worked out for 2 hours or after 3 hours of rollerblading NON-STOP.. or playing football for 3 or more hours.. THE ONLY THING I WANT TO SEE IS SOME ICE COLD GATORADE. preferably ORANGE or "CLEAR ORANGE". 1 of the (smaller) reasons I prefer Italia to France now is that I almost NEVER see Gatorade in France (but people tell me I can buy it there.. WHERE, I don't know..) but I've seen Gatorade in Milano, in Roma, in Verona, in Napoli.. every city I've visited in Italia, I have seen Gatorade The Thirst Quencher. The Gut Wrencher. The Body Drencher. I'll see you tonight..

Gatorade's ok for when I'm feeling dehydrated. Who remembers All-Sport? now that was some nasty stuff, it was like gatorade and soda combined. I think it's discontinued now, because I never see it in stores anymore...thank god. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I remember it from the college care packages that they used to give my dorm. That stuff was more gross than Gatorade.

Drank some the other day for the first time in ages. It didn't taste too bad, but I wouldn't make a habit of it. Too much sugar.

I drink it sometimes at work (the kitchen I'm in can reach 120 degrees). I like it, altho it kinda tastes like melted sno cones after you've sucked all the flavor out.

I remember a few years ago, I drank almost nothing but Powerade, the Coca-Cola cheaper knock off of it. They sold it cold where I worked, which they did not do with more expensive Gatorade. I ended up getting really sick of it and would think twice before doing that again. Gatorade also tastes more watered down. Not a fan. But damn, do I see a lot of people buy it like it's going out of fashion!
